Terms of Service
These Terms set out the rules for using the blockchhai.com website, for submitting booking requests, and for the written confirmations we issue. Please read them before you use the site.

This website is operated by blockchhai.com, LLC, registered at Office 305, Business Center 'Leonardo', 12 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Street, Kyiv, 01030, Ukraine. EDRPOU registration code: 37010859. 2. Use of the website
You may browse the site, check vehicle availability and send booking requests. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, or use it for unlawful purposes. Route, map and travel information is provided for general guidance only and may be incomplete or outdated; it is not a substitute for official road signs, local rules or professional advice.
3. Booking requests and confirmation
A booking request submitted through the site is not a concluded rental agreement. You can review and correct your details before submission. The rental agreement is concluded only when we send you a written confirmation by email, together with the rental terms and the final price. Before conclusion we disclose driver age and licence requirements, the deposit, insurance, mileage and fuel policy, collection and return schedule, cancellation terms and charges for optional equipment, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce'.
4. Prices and information
Prices and rental conditions shown on the site are informative until confirmed in writing. Mandatory fees, the deposit, insurance, mileage and fuel terms, and cancellation conditions are stated clearly before booking. Claims in our advertising are substantiated and must not mislead consumers, in line with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising'.
5. Limitation of liability
We keep website content accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is free from errors or always available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on general website or route information, or from interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
6. Personal data and cookies
Personal data submitted through booking forms, analytics and marketing cookies is processed under our Privacy Policy, in accordance with Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection'. Non-essential cookies are set only after your prior informed consent, and you may refuse them.
7. Complaints and consumer rights
Please send complaints to contact@blockchhai.com or call +380 979 409 3974. We respond within the periods set by Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection'. If you are not satisfied, you may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; the current version is always published on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
