2. Data collected

Booking and contact forms collect name, email, phone, driver licence and identity details, rental dates, vehicle, pickup/return details, deposit and payment reference, messages, plus IP address, device, browser and cookie data.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process data to perform the rental contract and confirm electronic bookings (Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce'), meet accounting duties, handle complaints and consumer requests (Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection'), prevent fraud, and, with consent, run analytics and marketing. Rental and price information follows Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising'.

4. Retention and sharing

Contract records: contract term plus accounting period; complaints: limitation period; marketing: until consent is withdrawn; logs: short security period. We share data with payment providers, insurers, IT hosting and support suppliers under contract, and authorities where required by law.

Necessary cookies run the site and booking flow. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after prior informed consent; you may refuse or withdraw consent in the cookie notice without affecting your booking.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, withdraw consent, and complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Our current name and number come from the Unified State Register under Law of Ukraine No. 755-IV 'On State Registration of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Formations'.
