Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancelling a booking

Send requests to contact@blockchhai.com or +380 979 409 3974. A cancellation is valid only when confirmed in writing by email.

• More than 48 hours before collection: full refund of prepaid rental charges; deposit released.
• 48 to 24 hours: charge of one rental day; the remainder is refunded.
• Less than 24 hours: charge of one rental day plus non-refundable extras already reserved.

2. No-show and late collection

We hold the vehicle for 60 minutes after the agreed collection time. If you have not arrived or contacted us by then, the booking may be treated as a no-show and charged as a cancellation made less than 24 hours before collection. Late collection depends on availability and may shorten the rental without a refund.

3. Changes and provider cancellation

Changes to dates or vehicle class depend on availability and any rate difference. If we cancel for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund or a comparable vehicle.

4. Deposits and refunds

The security deposit is a hold, not a fee. It is released within 7 business days after return, less agreed charges for damage, fuel, mileage, fines or late return. Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval; bank delays may apply. Unused rental days after collection are not refunded except where required by law.

5. Consumer rights and complaints

Nothing here limits your rights under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Consumer Protection". Send complaints to contact@blockchhai.com; we respond within 30 days. Electronic bookings allow review and correction before submission, and we confirm the concluded contract under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce".
