Rental Terms and Conditions

These Terms form part of every rental agreement booked on blockchhai.com and are provided before booking under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce'.

1. Provider

2. Driver and documents

Minimum age 23; drivers aged 23–24 pay a young-driver fee shown at booking. A licence held for at least 2 years, a passport and a payment card in the renter's name are required. Additional drivers must be registered in advance.

3. Deposit

A refundable deposit is blocked on the card at collection; the amount is shown before booking and released within 7 business days after return, less any charges.

4. Insurance and excess

Third-party liability and collision damage waiver apply, with an excess stated at booking. Damage, theft, misfuelling, tyre or glass damage may be charged up to the excess or repair cost. Excess reduction is available only if offered at booking.

5. Mileage and fuel

Any mileage limit and the per-kilometre rate are shown at booking. Fuel must be returned at the collection level; refuelling and service fees otherwise apply.

6. Optional equipment

Child seats, navigation and other extras are subject to availability and a daily fee disclosed before booking.

7. Collection, return and late return

Collection and return windows are confirmed at booking. A 29-minute grace period applies; later returns incur an hourly late fee and, after 3 hours, a full daily rate may apply.

8. Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before collection; later cancellation or no-show may be charged one rental day. Refunds go to the original payment method.

9. Booking, confirmation and your rights

You can review and correct your details before submission; we then send confirmation of the concluded contract and accessible Terms. Price, complaint and redress information and consumer rights apply under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection', Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce', Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' and Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection'.
